Century 21 Adds CSHP Designation Option to Agent Websites

This is big news! We're very happy and grateful to everyone involved in making it happen.

Century 21 Real Estate has approved - at a national level - the ability for their agents to include the Certified Senior Housing Professional (CSHP) designation on the company's agent websites.

"We at SREI are proud that C21 recognizes the value of the CSHP designation and now permits their credentialed agents to display this hard earned advanced educational achievement on their company website."

Century 21 Mike Bowman in Arlington, TX, is one of the first C21 brokerages in the US to embrace the CSHP designation, requiring agents in their Senior Living Division to complete the CSHP educational track in order to participate in company sponsored marketing directed toward the 55+ housing market.

Mike Hirrlinger, an early adopter of programs offered by the Seniors Real Estate Institute, leads the C21 Mike Bowman Senior Living Division and was the first in this brokerage to earn the advanced CSHP credential.

Mike advised company leaders of the great lengths that he and several of his fellow agents had to go to get the CSHP and they made the field available as an option for C21 associates to "check" when setting up their site.

We thank Mike for being such a strong supporter of our work here at SREI and for his efforts in allowing his C21 colleagues nationwide to showcase their expertise in serving senior real estate clients and their families!
