What does my registration fee include?
Your conference rate covers all education sessions, continental breakfast on Wednesday and Thursday, lunch on Thursday, conference materials, and the reception on Wednesday evening. Cash bar and light hors d'oeuvres will be available at the evening reception. If you are involved in optional workshops before or after the main conference event, you will be notified of any costs involved via email. 

Who can attend the SREI Legacy Conference?
The SREI Legacy Conference is open to all real estate agents and brokers actively involved in serving the mature market or seeking to create a mature market niche. SREI reserves the right to refuse registrations.

Will I receive a confirmation of my registration?
A confirmation of your registration will be sent to you via email immediately upon registering online or via phone. If you do not see a confirmation, please check your email spam filter before contacting the SREI office. You will receive ongoing correspondence concerning conference updates and details between the date you register and the event date.

Will I be refunded if I have to cancel my registration?
We'll be sorry that you won't be able to join us for this exceptional learning and networking experience! However, we understand that things happen, so if you simply can't attend, please notify us in writing by August 15, 2018. Refunds (less a 20% administrative fee) will be processed within 14 business days following the event. No refunds will be made if cancelling after August 15, 2018 or for no-shows. Additionally, SREI cannot refund your conference registration if you cannot attend due to inclement weather.

Substitutions may be made at any time. If you are unable to attend but another eligible party from your organization can come in your place, please notify us in writing via email Substitutions made at the event (with no prior written notice) will require a $25 administrative fee.

Do you provide complimentary passes for members of the press? 
The Seniors Real Estate Institute welcomes professional editorial staff (including photographers and camera crews) of select print, online, and broadcast media to attend the SREI Legacy Conference and will provide complimentary passes with appropriate identification. Contact SREI staff at to make the appropriate arrangements and for a copy of the SREI event guidelines for members of the press.


How Do I Make a Hotel Reservation?
To receive the SREI Legacy Conference room block rate, please register using the link provided on the registration page.
All reservations must be booked online or by phone through the hotel.

Can I make my hotel reservations now?
The hotel is currently accepting reservations through the room block for as long as rooms are available. We encourage you to make your reservation as soon as possible to take advantage of the special pricing. The room block will be held until early October or until it sells out. We expect the block will sell out early so please book your room if you intend to stay in the hotel where the conference is being held. Confirmation of room reservations will come directly from the hotel.

Will transportation be provided during the conference?
Attendees are responsible for their own transportation to and from the conference.  


Is there time in the evening for entertaining clients, connecting with new friends, eating out and enjoying area sights?
Optional organized events designed to help attendees connect with others and see the Oklahoma City sights will be offered in the evening for those who wish to participate. Feel free to enjoy local restaurants or stay in and enjoy room service.

What type of food is served at the continental breakfast?
SREI provides a complimentary continental breakfast on both Wednesday and Thursday morning, including coffee, tea, juice, fruit and a mixture of pastries (surprisingly this turns into a hot breakfast most of the time but no guarantees). The hotel restaurant serves a full cook-to-order breakfast for those guests who prefer a more hearty option (but check out the complimentary option first).

Where are the best places to go for lunch and dinner on conference days?
Lunch is provided on the second day of the conference which gives everyone a chance to network. Lunch is on your own on the first day. There are several great restaurants near the hotel. We recommend that you refer to TripAdvisor to locate places that fit your food preferences. Hotel staff are also very helpful and will provide our group upon arrival (by request) with a list of nearby places they recommend.

Is there a place to get snacks and drinks?
The hotel has a nice selection of snacks, microwaveable entrees, drinks, and candy if you find yourself in need of a quick fix. We also recommend bringing a few healthy snacks to keep your energy and focus throughout the day between meals.


What is the dress code?
We want you to be comfortable so you can enjoy your meeting experience! Business casual dress is strongly encouraged (especially for photo-ops) and we suggest bringing a light sweater or jacket with you during the day as meeting rooms may be cooler than you anticipate.

How do I access the conference handouts?
SREI will provide you with conference materials when you check in. BRING A NOTEBOOK and we recommend putting your name and phone number on the front cover - just in case! 

What if I have special needs? 

Please contact SREI to make any special arrangements. Additionally, for those with dietary restrictions, reasonable accommodations can be made. Please inform SREI in writing if you have dietary restrictions. All dietary needs must be addressed at least one week prior to arrival at the conference.
